Services - Immunization Record Review
Covid-19 Vaccines are currently being dispersed in Fairfax County per CDC recommendation. Depending on your age, you may fall into the phase allowing you to obtain the vaccine. However, it is important to note that everyone must also maintain the other vaccines historically recommended by CDC.
In our practice, we often see patients come in without remembering when their last vaccine was administered. When vaccines are administered by various entities, it is difficult to keep all of those records in one location. For that reason, we are experienced to provide our community with the most comprehensive Immunization Record Review during your visit.

These records are kept with various entities and not within your previous physician, we ask that you provide us ample time to collect all this data because very often this data may be located with college health services, previous employers, the military, public health clinic, and in some cases, the state's health department given some states have registries keeping track of all residents in the state you live in.
